umm i think you are speaking from the heart not your head. Thats a silly statement. If someone was convicted of credit card fraud and they are now processing credit cards AND you work for them, i think common sense says you should at least CONSIDER this information.
If you needed a babysitter and your neighbour told you your babysitter had been convicted of molesting children , are you telling me his real name and his past are his own private info and you dont need to know ?
