Good question and a tough call as I kinda like feet. One of the first things I look at in a chick in fact.
I guess if she were hot in every other way I'd go for it. Maybe.
Those long toes past the big toes are repulsive though, kinda a shame as there's nothing they can do about it.
In any event toenail polish is a must, ugly or not.
