Ok, not EVERYONE shaves, but the smaller programs with ridiculously high payouts could not be economically viable at all if they paid out all their profits and yet still had to pay their overhead, agreed? A lot of programs shave because they HAVE to, more than because they're greedy. The big programs are generally making enough money that they don't have to shave. Simple math. Then again, when someone doesn't make the phenominal amount of sales they think their fantastic product should, of course they're going to yell "CHEATER" as well, because it can't possibly be THEIR perfect work that isn't getting the conversions
