Sixpack, using the picture of the child in a thread not related to your pic is just plain stupid. We all know people are going to die... you can post a MILLION pics like that and it won't change anything.

I have lived thru more war than you, lost friends to it. I live with someone that knows war very intimately. He went and did it all over again just a short time back... where were your protests then????

For 'protest' is what you are showing with posts like you made above. Its either a protest or a mockery. Either way, its not right. Have you taken the time to do the math on this war? They report 1500 munitions have been spent... thats 7.5 missiles, bombs etc for each casualty. Do you know that it used to be 1500++ PER munition??

I'm not saying that ANY innocents should have to die, but they will. We have to try and look on the side that it could be a lot worse. Do you think Iraq sent a note to take the kids out of those Kurdish villages before gassing them? Wouldn't be able to guess if he did since all of those photo's show kids laying in their parents arms.

Carry on with your protest now Joe. I learnt a long time ago that if its a short time war, that protest will get you no where. 'Nam was the first war that protests actually accomplished a pullout. I watched those kids at Kent State give their lives for protest. H*ll I was about their age at the time. But did they actually accomplish anything? Maybe, maybe not.

But popping into each war thread with some inane pic or comment only makes you look like a total *ss.
