Those are business-related pics. That shit is there purely for shock-value and getting attention, they're selling traffic, not promting scat sites.
Besides that, I think putting a line somewhere isn't a bad idea. Would you like the pictures of the girl shitting in her own mouth on top of GFY? Or maybe some beastiality.com or ogrish.com banners which graphically display the contents of the sites?
Stuff like that'll make quite sure that I don't surf GFY while eating, which means less pageviews = less income
