I have read that there are professional protesters that show up at events just to stir shit. A few years back in philly here, there was the Deomcratic convention and there was all these protesters that got popped by the man.
Turns out half these motherfuckers travel all over the place in a crew stirring up shit as a career of sorts.
I bet they might be able to find your man and take care of him and tear his ass up with a tire jack brooklyn style.
