I posted on another thread yesterday about working with affiliate for new promo tools if they can't find any. This could be an example.
I know that we make a really cool tool for some of affiliates, but we don't really include this in the promo tools section.
As far as payouts, RevShare is the way to go in cams, and that is why I know you prefer that also.
