I've recently switched my diet to all natural food, all meats are hormone and antibiotic free, my Juices read like so,

Ingredients: Apples.
Ingredients: Oranges.

Nothing else, no additives at all.. pure pressed juices.
That's it..

The list of changes I've made has been HUGE, right to crackers, bread everything is 100% natural or I won't eat it.

I've stopped drinking tap water in switch for water that has been purified by reverse osmosis, and no longer use fluoridated tooth paste.

My Sugars are RAW sugars, my fruits are grown without pesticides, they may look a little gnarly but the flavor is 10x better...
I've NEVER felt so fucking good in my life..

I used to sit on the toilet and CRY like a bitch and deliver a turd the size of a marble, now I go upstairs and take a HUGE shit, without even breakin a sweat.

I RUN up the stairs when I used to almost crawl..
I feel stronger each day, it's really crazy.

Every day was a fight to wake up on time, and I'd often sleep my whole day away, purely exhausted..
Now I'm awake in seconds.

I had every single symptom of colon and stomach cancer and now I have ZERO.

People would think this would be more expensive, and at the cash register it seems that way, but the fact is, I used to need a full 16 ounce glass of juice to satisfy me, and now I drink half an 8 ounce glass and I'm good to go.. I eat one pork tenderloin instead of 2 and It's 100% better tasting and satisfying... so it's actually about the same cost.
I went through a similar experience in the last year. I was barely 30 and I got really sick and doctors couldnt figure out what was wrong with me, they threw all these ideas at me that I got tested for from auto-immune diseases to cancer to adrenal burnout. They said I had chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia, there were days when I couldnt leave my couch. I started losing weight drastically, in an unhealthy way.. 15 lbs in 3 weeks. I was getting constant chest pain and there were days where my body was in so much pain I just stayed in bed. The fatigue was so bad that I couldnt make it up the 12 steps at my house sometimes without stopping.

Time passed and I decided to change my lifestyle and habits. I knew I wasnt the healthiest person but I didn't think I was that bad but I realized I had to take matters into my own hands if I wanted to get better. I changed my diet.. went organic as best as I could and refrained from junk. I never drank much soda to begin with but switched entirely to water, herbal teas, and natural juices. Went to nutritionist, tested my blood, worked with my deficiencies with proper supplements. I stopped taking any pharmaceuticals minus advil sometimes.

Its been a little over a year later, my weight dropped almost 40 lbs (from 178lbs - 140 lbs) and I am in the best health I have ever been. Keep in mind, I used to weigh 135lbs 7 years ago before I moved to the US, I didnt realize how much excess strain that weight had put on my body, joints, and spine. I havent gotten sick since then except for a minor cold which I was able to curb pretty quickly with vit C and sinus rinses. My immunity is better... my energy levels are better.

I definitely believe the food made a difference as well as the drinks that I blend with spinach and stuff. Yoga has also been pivotal for me. I cook most of my own food and not only does the food TASTE better but I definitely need less of it. I have had many people tell me I look a few years younger because of my healthy glow.

I did all this after doing my own research because I used to laugh at health nuts. Now I send friends recipes and tips. Speaking of recipes... I will leave you with the green drink recipe that I use which will boost immunity and energy and give you a good dose of greens high in alkaline:

1 cup spinach/kale
Half lemon (Leave skin on if you have a good blender)
Half apple, cored
1 tbsp parsley
1 inch ginger, peeled
1 stalk celery
A few ice cubes
¼ - ½ cup water or more, depending on how you like consistency.
Optional Ingredients:
1 tsp honey to help sweeten
Some cucumber
1 tbsp liquid cod liver oil, high in Vitamin D and Magnesium (the drink will help mask the taste)
1 tbsp omega-3 oil (flaxseed, fish, etc) for essential fatty acids

It helps to have a good blender and don?t be alarmed that the drink is a bit thick, you will need to drink the fibers as well for a lot of the benefits. It also may help to cut some of the ingredients into smaller pieces to help with the blending.

Wishing you all happy and healthy lives.
