Need some help with Apex Paysite CMS - tech support seems to have dropped off the planet - so need anyone with some knowledge to help me fix a few things.
couple of the problems include it not generating thumbnails for vids - despite confirming all server reqs are working perfectly, so not sure what to do here...
also videos seem to not want to stream in firefox.
