cool...not trying to be an ass just wanna make sure you understand what to worry about ie cals vs fat/cholesterol...also you are automatically at higher risk of a repeat due to your attacks even if you think you can control it, so you should be more cautious than most
ps i think you coulda ate a pound of boneless chicken breast and still not hit the levels of those 5 wings
