Fuckin pizza hut grrr

Ok I love Pizza hut, order from them quite often, and have used the Online ordering system countless times. Tonight it was raining out, I didnt feel like driving to go get food so at 6pm I place an order for a 10 piece wings, and some cheese sticks (both off my diet but I dont care lol). So deliver time is estimated as 7:15 Im quite close less than 5 miles away, and normally I get my order long before the estimated time. But its raining so when 7pm rolls around Im thinking no biggy. I understand the delay. 7:15 comes and Im like grr getting really hungry. So I say ok Ill wait till 7:30 to call. So at 7:30 I call. Keep in mind I got a confirmation of order email, saying which pizza hut I ordered from, all aspects of the order covered in the email.

So I get the store on the phone, being super pleasant. He tells me he didn't receive any order... Im like ok thats weird I got the confirmation email etc. He doesn't say much, so I say ok well then can I just order it via the phone then? So I do, he gives me the total, which came out exactly the same as the email said 13.63. Then he says "That will be about an hour" Im like.. umm any way you can get it here a bit quicker since I actually placed the order at 6? And he says, how is that my fault.........

Im like well I placed an order, got a confirmation, waited in good faith and never got it. So its certainly not my fault. And he comes back "how is that my fault"? Im like ok its Pizza huts fault then..

I sent off an email bitching. Should be a free meal or something at least. Im so pissed right now. grr
