So, to answer your question, yes - it's absolutely possible.
If I were to post a MRTG/RRD graph though, you wouldn't be able to tell if I was showing you a single server graph, or an aggregate graph, so there's no point in me doing that. Suffice to say, I'd be more than happy to show you firsthand that it can be done.
