Would you feel the same if you were hired by a company that offered to pay you $20/hour, you worked 40 hours and only got paid for 35 hours?
Shaving is stealing. It's fraud, theft, ripping you off, etc.
A company that would be broke if it can't steal from people doesn't deserve to be in business.
