Should be able to find the video card chipset on the manufacturers website (i.e. dell.com) Then look up that driver on the video card makers website if it the manufacturer doesn't have it.

You may be able to go the device manager as well and it might list the actual device. Go to control panel>system>device manager then look under display adaptors. Once you know the make and model, just go the website and download it. All the video chipset makers have drivers available going way back.
