This just keeps getting better.
So today NameJet and Enom say that ALL of our contact info is invalid, yet they read off the correct information.
They say we were sent emails EVERY DAY to tell us there was a problem. Yet we get their ALL their other emails, just not this one. They are unable to produce a single bounced email that they claim came back to them.
So after screen capping the inbox showing we do get their mails and it's a valid email, the same email where they sent us the winning email and after telling them T-Mobile is getting us a paper to confirm the number is valid and was working during the times they say they called (which changes the story from what they told us yesterday which was they only called the billing number, not the contact number. Today they say they called both), now they want scans of credit cards, ID and fill out more forms. LOL
They keep changing their story and making us jump through more hoops, only to change the story again.
Enom actually owns NameJet at until we were firm with them, they refused to even admit they were the same or could access our NameJet info. Then after some walking in circles with them, they could access it all and help. LOL
I know many people use these companies but I'd do so at your own risk. If the domain you want is something a domain bro wants, you will lose it even if you win it.
