If anybody wants to trade links with a site that has no traffic at all, it really will happen anyways, wether the trade is a>b ( recip ) or a>b>c, I donīt see how this will make a difference (?)
Imagine I run
www.myshittyemptysite.com and I trade links with one of your sites
www.itbabes.com amd you then link back to me, you will be trading with a shitty site anyways, while it would be much better if I ask for a link to
www.mysittyemptysite.com from
www.itbabes.com and in exchange I link from
www.mysupercoolsite.com to
www.itbabes.com. May webmasters need links for new sites but in exchange will give you links from their old seasoned sites with PR.
Now if you want to trade hardlinks for traffic purposes, then it might be a good idea to specify it, as some ppl are only after link popularity, others both link pop, pr or traffic or all of them
