All I know is that one day back in the early 90's when a cousin of mine opened his freezer full of packets of butchered moose to me and said "Take what you want" I was in heaven, and ate like a king for months whenever I cooked it.
I'm too lazy to go tramping through the woods, I need more hunters in my sphere of influence, not less.
