You have guys sitting around waiting to make graphics, music, tag lines, etc for whatever happens whether it is war...a kidnapping...or assault on a high school.

That shit is fascinating. Literally minutes after a breaking news story unfolds, MSNBC and CNN have custom graphics made for it. MOst of them are just "stock" though. All they have to do is plug in a few text lines, and it's done.
