Alot of you are under the impression that hosting offshore protects you, it doesn't. Not if you LIVE in the U.S. No matter where your material is hosted you can be prosecuted 'for making obscenity available' in a community anywhere in America if that community can access that material and deems it obscene.

Also, if you produce dvd's and they wind up at a retail outlet or in the hands of an obscenity investigator/postal inspector/prosecutor, anywhere in this country, for any reason, you can be prosecuted for distribution by the mere fact that you produced the videos and therefore are making them available.

I hope all of you are paying close attention to his case and are doing what you can to support him, if he isn't able to afford this appeal and if this ruling stands everybody in this industry will be affected.
