just go to mycomputer and type in:

FTP://[email protected]

You can also do:

FTP://YOURUSERNAME:[email protected] but i DO NOT recommend it on a shared PC.

Then drag and drop!

The other option is to get a shell account somewhere - nice thing about putty is even on locked down pcs you can normally get it to run by clicking run instead of save. Then you can use that for your text editor and then scp/ftp it up to your server.

While im at it, you could also use FTP via command prompt:

Open command prompt and type:
FTP
o
yourhostname.tld
yourusername
yourpassword

Standard FTP commands apply here (LS,GET,PUT etc)
