That's not a character, she is some twisted woman-child who never fully matured on her own. That is who she is.
And she needs a crew of paid people to mold her and keep her looking and sounding like people want her to.
We saw what the Britney on her own was like, terrible hair, ugly clothes, nothing but foolishness. It was great for the publicity, but its a good thing that she is letting other people dress her again.
She must be on really good drugs these days. I bet she has an employee just for that.
