I want to speak up in defense of Inet Cash -- I've promoted sites that bill through them for years (they bill for the Girls Boarding School family of spanking sites) and never had a problem. The interface is a bit whack, but certainly no worse that the crappy old circa-1999 shit that CCbill offers to affiliates; and (most importantly) they can and do let you aggregate all the different sites you promote under one account, with one login and one monthly bank wire.

I don't experience any sales resistance due to Euro billing, and in fact this month I'm doing better with my Inet Cash sites than with my CCbill ones. Plus, an income stream in Euros never hurts when the dollar is weak.
