You honestly have two choices:
a) You get yourself a good lawyer who understand the Internet and go through the whole process of copyrighting your material and getting a proper License form done. This way if someone breaks your license it will stand up in a court of law and you also have a great go to person to help you win the case.
b) You could just google up a license and hack it up a bit. Slap a gif of your logo on top.
Choice "b" would seem to be the popular one but I'll let you decide what you want to do.
