There are some exceptions. Of course it was alot easier way back than it is now. What are you talking about!? The poor or poorer have WAY more opportunities now days then ever! Non-whites get breaks on college tuition, housing, jobs...the list goes on. If you don't take advantage of that then it's your own damn fault. Don't try & blame whitey cuz yo're too lazy...
