Recently, one evening, I got a craving for a hamburger so I went to McDonald's for the first time in years. I ordered two regular cheese burgers and a small order of fries to go. When I got home the first thing I noticed about the hamburger was that the cheese was not melted at all. I went ahead and took a bite but it was only bun a cheese that I tasted so I opened up the bun and learned that the patty was about half the size of the bun, was really thin, and had a rubber look. I checked the other burger and it was the same. I then turned to the fries and they looked old and were not soft. I ate one and it tasted like it was days old.

I took the order back and talked with an assistant manger who was the one in charge (a young guy) and told him that I found the order to be uneatable. He checked my order out and told me he was sorry that I did not like what I ordered but that it is the product they sell.

My question to you people is this, has McDonald's products gotten to this point over the years, if so how in the hell do they do any business at all?
