They used to have a top reputation but a month or 2 ago they had that 8+ hour downtime, so that and their above average pricing kinda puts a dent into their old quality reputation.

Tha statement is retarded. Quality of bandwidth, support, network uptime and a ton of other factors makes the difference. Hosts are not all the same by any means, that is just a stupid comment.
