Video seems to have been exported in full HD and in H.264 which is a great apple codex however it's a bitch to get right for web viewing.. .. I find you need to downconvert the mov to a smaller file and aspect ratio. This is a real problem with EX1 footage, I found the only way is to use Compressor straight off the time line (FCP HD) however this takes a crazy long time to compress! ...
