Started using Cytodyne Technologie's new Xenadrine EFX rapid weight loss catalyst, (which is Ephedra free) on March 4th. So far I've taken off 7 lbs in 16 days. So averaging about 1 lb bye bye every 2 days.

Pretty impressive results so far. Also lots of soy protein shakes.

It also takes away your sugar cravings during the day.
