if you do not have HDMI for blu ray the palyer will chop the output in half so 1080 becomes 540, or will sometimes display a blank screen even.
that is why i need HD fury, you may have just said that im not to sure hehe.
and i def want to go with blu ray. all HDTV channels are going digital if they already havent also.
