Dont confuse Adult Content with Obscenity!

Thats the mistake the article itself makes, as they usually do! Read it carefully. On one hand they're talking about OBSCENITY and KP, then they use the old "p" word out of long accepted ignorance! Saying "Prosecution of even the smallest of porn distributors "can have a deterrent effect.""

Now this is important! To *THEM* (the article writers!) the word "porn" refers to ILLEGAL CONTENT as previously mentioned! It does NOT MEAN legal adult content like MOST people who are IN the adult industry would refer to the word "porn".

You have to stay vigilante on this shit even today, but ESPECIALLY in 10 year old articles. "porn" is a buzzword you have to be careful with. We are not in porn, and are not pornographers. We are in the adult industry. Think it doesnt matter? I respectfully and fully disagree.
