It's not only the legally-well-to-do "large-scale" distributors that the Justice Department wants to take offline and put in prison. The deputy attorney general noted that when it comes to obscenity, size doesn't matter. Prosecution of even the smallest of porn distributors "can have a deterrent effect."

"What they're saying is, 'We'll go after the little guy first, and then we'll go after the big guys.'

Even though the article is 10 years old, this is still bothersome. Not what I expected from an Obama admin. Politics as usual. Looks like he also has a very hard stance on marijuana prosecutions.
