Stay healthy man .. take care of yourself .. I'm not one to talk as I was on that road too. Luckly I had friends that noticed me slipping and with enough Nagging were able to get me to change my ways ... however one of my bestfriends, whom is younger then me. looks to be in better health also had A HA a few weeks back, also due to his eating habits and stress .. the worst part is that it happened infront of his kids, on a beach while on vacation!! taught him a lesson he'll never forget ..

I thank god eveday for sparing his life .. and now for yours too .. Please dude ...take good care of yourself
