Due to a power outage last night, our system was unable to add customers to the password file on your website. Therefore our system refunded the transactions back to the customers because he was unable to use his login code. The customer has been notified about this. If you like we can create a list of email addresses from all the customers that were refunded, so you can let them know that they will now be able to sign up for your site. It all should be working again since this morning European time.
