First of all, thepiratebay.org is hosted IN SWEDEN. They initially moved to a Dutch host, after the raid you mentioned, but shortly thereafter they moved back to Sweden.

Second, the reason why tpb cannot be held accountable for their actions in Sweden is because there is no law that prohibits what they're doing.

Third, if they were REALLY doing anything against the law, moving servers to outside the country, while remaining residents of it, would protect them just about as much as your retarded mouth would protect you from getting gangraped in prison. And for your information they did not move the servers because it was illegal, they moved them because the Swedish police does not care if it is illegal or not.

In other words, do your fucking homework or shut the fuck up.
