The only game on the ps3 with better graphics in my opinion is metal gear solid 4. The city has some really nice detail to it from litter lying around to the signs in the back of the taxi cab that you can actually read. The physics are great too, the pedestrians act realistically especially when you run them over or steal their cars. Sometimes they will hang onto the door handle as you drive away and you can hear them beg you to stop ;)
Cars look good, they even get dirty and damage can effect how they perform. Take a helicopter ride at dawn and watch the sunlight stream over the city then you can land it ontop of some poor idiot in a car and start a massacre that will attract the attention of the toughest cops in a GTA game so far


I just wish you could do more with the money you earn
