I doubt anyone will read that link, but the McDougall Diet has a lot of success with sleep apnea. You can search the term and review (watch videos) of testimonials.

+1 on the nose douche above. I've got one and its a miracle machine. You can get the "netti pot" at Whole Foods or any pharmacy that does the same thing w/o the motor. Allergies GONE.
