If it remains on your report it simply means they didnt update it. Simply use the dispute from in the credit report and the credit reporting agency will look into it. If in the event The card comany will not reply back in 30 days it will in turn erase it from your record.

You're wrong BP, the blemishes from being 30 and 60 days late will still be there by the time you settle and they won't get erased. Another anal hobbit tip down the drain, sounds like boneprone did this with all his racked up gambling debt.
