After seeing all that dirt and slim in the kitchen on last nights show I am sure some of their previous customers probably threw up a little in their mouths watching it.

As this is a "reality" show I realize a lot of it is scripted but that guy reminded me of a really stupid version of Horatio Sands from the Saturday Night Live television show.

Still it's good entertainment especially for those that have been in the restaurant biz.
