Yeah probably true.

I have relatives in France that came to visit So Cal, and it was always a pain when it came to feeding them. My french Grandfather bent over backwards to impress the relatives.

For example, they think Mc Donald's is garbage (they're actually right hah), and we had to go to a little Italian specialty store to find them food they liked. It was really tough to impress them with other than French/Euro cuisine.

They probably make bad tourists based on that alone. French people are super picky with their food, so when they leave France it gets real difficult for them.

My French Grandfather lived in So Cal almost 50 years, and still wouldn't eat fast food, and despised Chinese food. How can you not like Chinese food?? I still think he never gave it a chance.
