I also sent mail to the jeff.southworth and kimmy accounts. As for me picking up the phone, after reading some comments here of people talking to your phone support giving them entirely wrong answers, I don't think that's a very viable option, do you? Plus, why should I pay to call you when I've already emailed four times now?
