I use a Razer Death Adder mouse for accuracy, not comfort. It does hurt my hand, but is a great mouse for precision. The elbow wraps help. The wrist splints help get the circulation going to the hands, makes your hands tingle a little. The hand heat wraps seemed to help also, but they didn't last long.
Honestly the most relief I have found is if I can manage to sleep on my back with my hands at my sides, and wear the splints to bed for about 4 or 5 days straight. They help keep from causing more damage when working, but they are bulky and difficult to work around. But wearing them to sleep definitely helps if you can manage to not turn onto your shoulder(s).
