Actually, someone else owned the tranny-smoking micro-niche back in the late 90s and early 00s, before the "world at large" knew about the smoking fetish - but all the people who were in the smoking fetish community made this guy quite a bit of money, until he got tired of it and went back to devoting his full-time to his medical practice ;)
