Wrong people. There are groups of both. Those that want to do business and talk business and that is like 95% of what they do. Then there are those who want to party and have fun and that is 95% of what they do. The few that think they can do both usually end up giving you their card 9 times in an hour, and typically smells like a licorice stick dipped in tequila and beer.
