I'd buy up as much realestate in long island as I could, and tell everyone to get the fuck out! This way I could drive up the fucking block without sitting in traffic for half an hour.
Then again, if I had that type of cash, I wouldn't stay in NY. How about a bubble on the moon?..yea, that would offer me the solitude I truly need.
