what a tard Utah gave up polygamy just in 1890 and the ONLY reason was because the US Congress would not let Utah become a state until it did so. Utah didn't give it up because they became enlightened or something. In fact in many rual areas of Utah it is still practiced openly. In many parts of the wordl men can have several wives. And I'm sorry I find something hypocritical that most of the gay bashing states and their anti-gay marriage bans are the very same states where one can LEGALY marry your 15 year old first cousin.
