The US is fighting a proxy war with Iran in Iraq as we speak. The Israelis have been fighting a proxy war with Iran (through Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad) for a very long time. The Saudi leadership fears Iranian and Shia domination in the region. They all have very good reasons to fear Iran going nuclear.

Like many conflicts there are many sides and many interested parties. As an American I support the US and Israel in this conflict. You support Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, etc. along with many others who feel the same. Obviously Iran going nuclear will be a huge victory (both politically and strategically) for militant Islam while at the same time represent a huge setback for the Western interests which are are battling against it. Neither side has a monopoly on righteousness. In a battle for survival people must pick sides. I know what side I am on. You know what side you are on.
I disagree. It's far from being black and white as you portray it. I support justice, so if i feel that someone is being dealt with unjustly i will support them. The problem i see with Israel calling for Iran to stop it's (non-existant) nuclear problem is that Israel has hundreds of nukes of its own.
