Fletch you definitely have your heart in the right place, trying to keep people aware. I agree with you on that level. I've checked out quite a few signup pages and the ones that trouble me the most were the ones with the check boxes AFTER the signup button. That's just plain sneaky, but cross sales before the submission I don't get too upset over. Thanks for caring.
