The fact your missing is that this pop-under is a Pay Per Sale Account.
This eliminates every option to CATCH this client again after some time to gain again a 14 day revenue. So slow but with certain moves the pool with fresh fish is re-generated into PPS clients, not giving any webmaster an option to gain more revenue.
PPS sales are end of the revenue party.
