We used cssJob.com for our outsource XHTML css coding service and we got a great deal. So far probably the best one we used for that price ($89 per page), but for quantity they always give us a discount.
Nice post I am just sad I didn’t found it earlier, before I spent a lot of time and money
but currently I am very happy with cssJob
