This is a black separatist group, just like the KKK is a white separatist group. Would it be okay for the Klan to gather outside a polling place?
Both groups are legal in this country, but that does not mean they can stand guard at polling places.
In fact, my polling place had huge "STOP" sign type of posters up that prohibited (by state law) any campaign literature and you cannot campaign for your guy there. These guys would be arrested if they were 600 feet from where I voted.
Having NEW Black Panthers standing at the entrance to a public building, does not send the right message to voters. And in fact, is definitely voter intimidation. No different than if the KKK had people standing outside of polling places in parts of Florida.
